Fieldorfa Nila 13 In Bydgoszcz As Part Of The Citys Investment Entitled: Investments Covered By Preparatory Support Under The Program For Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And Public Lighting In Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz With Annexes And In Contract Template. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Order Modules: 1) Module I - Segment C (Sports) And A Fragment Of Segment B (Administrative And Social) From The Ground Floor To The Upper Floors And A Fragment Of Segment D (Shelter) Located In The Basement, 2) Module Ii - Fragment Of Segment D (Didactic) From The Ground Floor To The Upper Floors With Staircase Kl 4, Note: During The Implementation Of Module Ii The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Additional External Sanitary Container For School Users, Consisting Of 3 Toilets, 2 Urinals And 3 Washbasins, Temporarily Connected To The External Water Supply, Electricity And Sewage System Or Equipped With A Waste Tank. The Removal Of Waste And The Associated Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. 3) Module Iii - Segment A (Food) And A Fragment Of Segment B (Administrative And Social), All Floors, 4) Module Iv - Fragment Of Segment D (Educational) From The Ground Floor To The Upper Floors With Staircase Kl 5, 5) Module V - Fragment Of The Segment B (Administrative And Social) All Floors, 6) Module Vi – Others (Not Included In Modules I - V), The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: External Works (Installations, Facade Works, Excluding The Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Which Are Included In Each Module From I To V), Works Related To Roofs, Development Terrain. Individual Modules, From I To V, Are Specified In A Graphic Appendix To The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Parts, I.E. The Order Covering The Thermal Modernization Of Educational Institutions In Bydgoszcz. The Ordering Party Intends To Implement It In Parts Relating To Individual Institutions, In Separate Proceedings. 4. Fieldorfa Nila 13 In Bydgoszcz. Participation In The Meeting Is Not Obligatory. 5. It Is Planned To Obtain External Funding From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Investment B1.1.3 Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of Schools. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Act On Public Procurement, I.E. If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Will Not Be Awarded To It. 7.
