The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Rooms In The Rynek 36 Building Into Office Premises In Dzierżoniów. The Facility Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/4122/668/Wł Of May 25, 1977. 2. The Scope Of The Contract Concerns The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction, As Part Of The Adaptation Of The Rooms Located On The Second Floor, Into Office Rooms Based On Design Documentation Possessed By The Ordering Party, For Which A Building Permit Decision No. Was Issued By The Starosta Of Dzierżoniów 550/2022 Of October 5, 2022. Therefore, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The First Stage Of Works And Concerns Rooms Located On The Second Floor Of A Building With An Area Of Approx. 321 M2. The Reconstruction Of The Rooms Located On The First Floor Will Be The Next Stage Of Work In The Future. The Scope Of Work In The Rooms On The Second Floor Includes, Among Others: 1) Replacement Of Windows (Including Window Sills) And Doors; 2) Leveling (E.G.
