1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms Located In The Building At Ul. Cieszkowskiego 4 In Sławno For The Purposes Of Creating A Therapeutic Center. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Regional Diagnostic And Therapeutic Network Project Financed By The European Social Fund Plus As Part Of The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021 - 2027.2. As Part Of The Order, The Following Renovation Works Should Be Performed: 1) Demolition And Demolition Works, 2) Construction Of New Partition Walls, 3) Adaptation And Partial Replacement Of The Electrical, Logical, Water And Central Heating Installations Along With The Installation Of Radiators, 4) Alignment Of Walls, Plaster, Double Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, 5) Construction Of New Floors With New Moisture And Thermal Insulation (Styrofoam Thickness 10 Cm), 6) Facing Tiles And Terracotta (Anti-Slip Tiles Min. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Consistent With The Following Design Requirements Of The West Pomeranian Family Support Foundation Tęcza Serc (Substantive Partner In The Project): 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Light, Pastel Colors - This Applies, Among Others, To: Colors Of Walls, Floors, Windows And Doors, 2) There Should Be Warm Light In The Rooms, 3) Panel Ceiling Lighting Should Be Installed, 4) Electrical Sockets Should Be Child-Proof (Does Not Apply To The Office), 5) Permanent Internet Connection In The Rooms .4. Requirements For Individual Rooms:1) Room Ii (Room Marked With Number 9 On The Ground Floor Plan) - Due To The Installation Of The Interactive Floor, Electricity And Internet Connections Are To Be Placed In The Ceiling;2) Office I (Room Marked With Number 5 On The Ground Floor Plan) - This Room Will Serve As An Auditory Therapy/Speech Therapy Office - The Doors Are To Be Soundproofed (Upholstered);3) Waiting Room (Room Marked With Number 1 On Ground Floor Plan) - Two Electrical Sockets Should Be Installed;4) Corridors I And Ii (Rooms Marked With Numbers 2 And 3 On The Ground Floor Plan) - Several Electrical Sockets Should Be Installed; Loudspeakers Will Be Installed In The Corridors (Equipment Controlled From The Offices); Brighter (Warm) Lighting Suitable For Rooms Without Windows Should Be Used.5.
