The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Development Of The General Plan Of The Malanów Commune, Referred To In Article 13A Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adopting The General Plan. The Study Covers The Entire Area Of ​​The Malanów Commune Within Its Administrative Boundaries. The Area Of ​​The Commune Is 107.22 Km2. There Are Currently 19 Local Development Plans In Force In The Commune (Https://Malanow.E-Mapa.Net/). The Area Of ​​The Malanów Commune Covered By Local Plans Is Approximately 258.29 Ha. The Areas Covered By These Plans Are Intended Primarily For Service Development , Single-Family Residential And Non-Obtrusive Commercial Developments And Road Areas.
