The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Transport To The Place Of Storage (The Ordering Partys Mortuary Or Cold Store) Of The Bodies Of Patients Who Died In The Zoz In Oświęcim, In The Invasive Cardiology, Electrotherapy And Angiology Center Belonging To G.V.M. Carint Sp. Z O. O. And At The Fresenius Dialysis Center - Dialysis Center No. 38 In Oświęcim And Transport Of Corpses From The Mortuary To The Place Of Autopsy And Back. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Among Others, To Perform The Following Partial Services: 1) Collection Of Patients Bodies From Places Located On Zoz In Oświęcim (Wards, Including Emergency Department, Clinics, Pro Morte Rooms, Etc.), Gvmc Cardiology Center And Dialysis Center.2) Transport Of Patients Bodies To The Cold Store In The Mortuary Building Operated By The Ordering Party, 3) Transport Of Patients Bodies To And From The Place Of Autopsy (In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), 4) All Activities And Auxiliary Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Services Specified In Points 1-3 (M (Including 24/7 Readiness, Equipment Readiness, Etc.).
