Open Procedure For The Awarding Of Ordinary Maintenance Works For The Period 2025-2027 To Be Carried Out On The Entire Consortium Irrigation And Irrigation Network, As Well As On The Systems Serving The Consortium District, Including Any Urgent Repairs Following Breakages, Subsidence Or In The Event Of Unexpected Natural Events, And Interventions Specifically Requested By Local Authorities, Such As The Lombardy Region And Municipal Administrations, To Be Carried Out On Waterways Not Strictly Within The Competence Of The Consortium (Main And/Or Minor Network), But In Any Case Located Within The Consortium Area, As Better Described In The Tender Documentation And According To The Indications Of The Works Director, To Be Awarded According To The Criterion Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Articles 71 And 108 Of Legislative Decree 36/2023
