The Subject Of This Publication Is The Contract For Special Care Aok-Priomed Outpatient Cardiac Procedures In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V With Established Cardiologists Or Heart Surgeons In Order To Provide Cardiac Surgery Services More Efficiently And To The Benefit Of Patients, Within The Framework Of A So-Called Open House Model. Subject To Uniform Contractual Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure, All Suitable And Interested Internal Medicine Specialists/Specialists In Cardiology Or Cardiac Surgery Specialists And Facilities That Meet The Required Structural Requirements Personally Or Through Employed Doctors Are Offered Membership In The Contract. The Prerequisite For Concluding A Contract Is That The Interested Doctor Submits The Requested Participation Documents, Completely Completed And Signed. The Contractually Listed Indications Are Treated In The Form Of Indication-Related Cardiac Surgical Care With Outpatient Follow-Up Care. The Aim Of The Contract Is To Provide Indication-Based And Quality-Assured Patient Care Through Detailed Information About The Procedure And Shortening Waiting Times Before The Planned Operation. It Includes Improved And Coordinated Diagnostic Treatment For Heart Diseases, Individual Aggregates And Coordinated Aftercare For The Respective Procedure. The Choice Of Units And The Use Of High-Quality Products Should Improve The Supply In Terms Of Quality And Cost-Effectiveness. The Content Of The Contract For Special Care Is Fixed For All Interested Doctors And Is Not Negotiable.
