Pre-Qualification Framework Agreement - O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets For Use On The Navys Vessels . The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Up To One Supplier Who Will Cover The Armed Forces Needs For O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets For Use In Maritime Equipment. The Equipment Will Mainly Be Procured For The Navys Vessels. The Framework Agreement Will Also Include Up To 300 Hours Of Consultancy And Technical Support Per Year. The Framework Agreement Will Not Include O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets Where The Client Has An Exclusive Agreement With The System Supplier. The Supplier Is, As A General Rule, Obliged To Supply Original O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets According To The Original Manufacturer And Original Manufacturers Part Number. Where It Is Not Possible Due To True Manufacturer No Longer Exists / The Material Has Been Discontinued Etc. Can The Supplier Manufacture The Material.
