The Contract To Be Awarded Includes The Basic Services Of The Aforementioned Planning Services In The Following Service Phases: — Lph 2: Preliminary Planning, — Lph 3: Draft Planning, — Lph 4: Approval Planning. The Client Reserves The Right To Contractually Agree The Following Services With The Award, But To Request Them Separately In Writing: — Lph 5: Implementation Planning, — Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, — Lph 7: Participation In The Award, — Lph 8: Object Monitoring – Construction Supervision And Documentation And — Lph 9: Property Management. In The Eyes Of The Client, Service Phase 1 - Basic Determination Is Fulfilled With The Information Provided In The Course Of This Procedure And Is Therefore Not Commissioned. The Scope Of Services In The Individual System Groups Is Determined Within The Scope Of The Project. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages. The Subject Of The Current Negotiation Process Is The Commissioning Of Service Phases 1-4. There Is The Option Of Ordering Further Services From Service Phase 5 Onwards. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Phases. Likewise, The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Continue The Order After Service Phases 1-4 Have Been Provided. The Contract For Technical Building Equipment Also Includes Special Services: Technical Advice And Coordination Of The Users Specialized And In-Depth Needs Planning With The Aim Of Developing A Specification And Requirements Specification As Part Of The Design Planning To Concretize The Needs, Further Services As Part Of The Basic Determination As An Inventory Analysis, Evaluation The Actual Situation, Measurements And Inventory On Site, Risk And Location Analysis In Accordance With Din En 50600 (Iso 22237). Consideration Of Location Factors, Structural And Technical Factors As The Basis For Certification According To Din En 50600.
