Tender Bond: USD 10,000/- TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 23/12/2024 to 13/01/2025 TENDER CLOSING DATE 13/01/2025 Scope of Work: Company envisions its FM services to Al-Khor community (AKC), to operate as a for-profit, self-sufficient, scalable, residential FM services focused organization, responsible for the full spectrum of services, required in AKC and in the future beyond. FM organization requires a number of holistic adjustments to its business and operating model to make it fit-for-purpose and better equipped to execute current scope of work more efficiently within its new long-term vision. The company requires consulting support in defining the following for the future state of the Companys FM organization, to analyze the current state based on historical performance and internal best practices, benchmark against similar organizations in Qatar and the GCC to identify best practices and lessons learned, identify and detail the target business and operating model focusing on AKCs residential service needs, define and prioritize initiatives required to transition to the target model, and design a transformation roadmap, set up Transformation Management, and initiate implementation.
