The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management (In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy) Of Municipal Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, The Level Of Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste And The Level Of Waste Mass Reduction Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Storage, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399, As Amended) And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Wierzbica Commune, In Force During The Term Of The Contract. 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Regardless Of Weather Conditions From Any Place On The Property Inhabited And Uninhabited Areas Located In The Wierzbica Commune, Including Supplying Properties With Bags For Municipal Waste Collection And Replacing Bags On Racks At Bus Stops And Parking Lots; 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party, Delivered By Residents Of The Wierzbica Commune To The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) On The Day Of Its Opening; 3) Conducting An Educational Campaign In 2 Educational Institutions In The Wierzbica Commune.
