Work Detail
Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – City Of Hofheim-Construction Of A Local Heating Network-Planning Technical. Equipment Elt+Ga (Alg 4, 8) - Lph 2-9. City Of Hofheim - Establishment Of A Local Heating Network In The Urban Area Of Hofheim I. Ufr. Planning Services, Technical Equipment, Electrical + Building Automation (System Groups 4, 8) In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff Hoai - Service Phases 2-9 The City Of Hofheim I. Ufr. Intends To Set Up A Local Heating Network In Its Urban Area. The City Of Hofheim I.Ufr. Aims To Provide Municipal Properties With A Climate-Neutral Supply Via A Heating Network. In Addition, Various Private And Commercial Connections Are To Be Implemented. For This Purpose, A Project Outline Has Already Been Created To Apply For A Feasibility Study (Module 1) Under The Federal Funding For Efficient Heating Networks (Bew). The Project Outline Will Be Made Available With The Publication. There Is A Biogas Plant In The South Of Hofheim, But So Far No Waste Heat Is Used. An Initial Preliminary Route Was Sketched Based On The Locations Of The Public Properties And The Biogas Plant. In Addition, A Questionnaire Was Carried Out Based On The Defined Heating Network Route Regarding Interest In Joining A Possible Local Heating Network. The Route Length Is Currently Around 6 Km Including House Connection Lines. In The Meantime, Residents Interest In Connecting May Have Increased Significantly, Which Is Why The Size Of The Network And The Length Of The Route Could Still Increase. The Heat Transfer To The End Customer Should Take Place Via House Transfer Stations. Fossil Peak-Load Boilers As Backup Systems Should Only Be Planned For Emergencies. The Base Load Is To Be Covered By The Waste Heat From The Biogas Plant. In Addition To Regeneratively Operated Medium-Load Generators, A Sufficiently Dimensioned Buffer Storage Should Be Integrated Into The Network In Order To Absorb Short-Term Peak Loads. At The Moment, The Investment Cost Forecast For The Measure Is Roughly Estimated At Around €8.4 Million Net (Excluding Additional Construction Costs). The Feasibility Study Is Currently Being Worked On And Should Be Available Around The End Of The First Quarter Of 2025 As A Basis For The Start Of Preliminary Planning. This Is A Bew-Funded Measure. It Is Intended To Apply For Module 2 After The Design And Approval Planning Has Been Completed. The Planning Management For Object Planning Of Engineering Structures (Pipeline Network & House Transfer Stations), Object Planning Of Buildings (Heating House), Structural Planning As Well As The Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment For System Groups 2, 4 And 8 Will Be Advertised In Parallel.
