Construction Work For Water Projects – Construction Of An Alternative Supply Pipe Of The Karditsa Irrigation Connection From Lake Plastira. The Works To Be Carried Out Briefly Include The Following Civil Engineering And It Engineering Works: Pump Station (A/S) - Water Intake Works The Project Is Planned In The Area Where The Water Intake Of The Pipeline (Tunnel) To The Plastiras Waterworks Is Located, At An Altitude Of +792, 00. The Pump Station And Transformer Building Will Be Constructed Of C25/30 Reinforced Concrete. In The Outdoor Area, Anti-Swelling Air Defenses Are Provided. The Pumping Station Is Located In The Circular Water Intake Well Which Will Be Constructed With Intersecting Well Piles, 1.20M In Diameter Alternately Made Of Unreinforced And Reinforced Concrete C20/25. The Internal Diameter Of The Well, After The Construction Of The Internal Lining (Wet Chamber) Is 6.20 M. The Location Of The Water Extraction Manifolds Is Planned At A Distance Of 36.50 M From The Shaft Of The Pumping Station Well. There, The Exit - Water Intake Well Is Provided With Intersecting Shaft Piles Of 1.00M Diameter Alternately Made Of Unreinforced And Reinforced Concrete C20/25, With An Internal Diameter Of 4.00M, After The Construction Of The Internal Lining. The Connection Of The Two Wells Is Made With Φ600 Water Intake Pipes Placed During The Horizontal Drilling Phase With The Pipe Jacking Method At Levels +780.00 And +784.00. Internal Configuration Of The Well - Liquid Chamber Of The Pumping Station Is Foreseen With The Construction Of Three (3) Panels Of Reinforced Concrete C25/30 For The Installation Of The Pumps And The Configuration Of The Openings Of The Two Water Intakes. Pressure Pipeline From The Pump Station (A/S) To The Loading Tank The Length Of The Pressure Pipeline From The Pumping Station (A/S) To The Charging Tank (D/F) Is 1986.03M. The Pipeline Made Of Hdpe Pipes, 12.50Atm Nominal Diameter 630 Mm, Is Continuously Placed On An Existing Construction Site Road Of D.E.H. With An Average Width Of 5.50 M. Charging Tank The Water From The Pumping Station (A/S) Of The Water Abstraction Project Is Depressed To The Charging Tank (R/F) At A Distance Of 2.0Km. To The East At An Average Ground Elevation Of Approximately +865. The Charging Tank Will Be Single-Chamber With A Total Volume Of ~600.00 M3. Pipeline With Gentle Longitudinal Gradients - Section X.Th.0+000 ÷2+420.96 The Pipeline Is Continuously Placed On An Existing D.E.H. Construction Site Road. An Exception Is A Section Of 120.31M With A Longitudinal Slope Of ̴44% Which Is Placed In A Pit Within A Zone To The Left Of The Penstock Of Ppcs Plastira Hpp. In The Section From X.Th. 0+000÷1+300 A Pipeline Of 12 Atm Hdpe Pipes With A Nominal Diameter Of 630Mm Is Provided. In The Section From X.Th.1+300÷1+586.31 Of The Above 120.31M, With A Sharp Slope, The Pipeline Is Provided By Class X52 Steel Pipes With A Nominal Diameter Of 450 Mm With A Plate Thickness Of 6.35 Mm. In The X.Th.1+586.31÷2+420.96 Section, The Pipeline Is Made Of Hdpe 12 Atm With A Nominal Diameter Of 600Mm. Fall Pipe With Strong Longitudinal Gradients (Penstock) - Department Of Ch. 2+420.96÷4+156 The Pipeline Is Placed In A Pit Within A Zone To The Left Of The Penstock Of Ppcs Plastira Hpp. The Entire Length Of The Pipeline Is Provided By Grade Steel Pipes
