Specialist Planning Services For Technical Equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing – Hls) Are Procured. The Contract Refers To The Basics Of The Hoai In Accordance With Sections 53 Paragraph 2, 55 Hoai, Service Phases 1 To 9, For System Groups No. 1 (Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems), No. 2 (Heat Supply Systems), No. 3 (Air Conditioning Systems) And No. 8 (Building Automation And Automation Of Engineering Structures) Including Process Engineering And Usage Technology Systems And Building Management Technology (Glt). However, The Performance Picture Described There Is Not Exhaustive. The Complete Performance Profile On Which The Tendered Service Is Based Can Be Found Solely In The Contract Documents (Tender Document D). The Services Are Commissioned In Stages And Construction Phases, Initially The Services Of Level 1 (Service Phases 1-2) In Accordance With The Attached Engineering Contract (Tender Document D - D.1.). The Client Reserves The Right To Transfer Further Service Phases, Performance Levels And/Or Construction Phases – In Whole Or In Part. There Is No Legal Right To Transfer These Services.
