This Building Will Be Partially Occupied By 2 Users But Mainly By One User Which Is The Town Of Esch-Sur-Alzette. The Building Is Made Up Of 6 Floors Including A Seventh Private Floor Which Belongs To The Former Owner Of The Lavandier Space. The Surface Areas Of The Building Are Distributed As Follows: - Basement -1: Garage, Common And Private Technical Rooms; - Ground Floor: Exhibition Area And Storage Area; - Mezzanine: Exhibition Area, Reception, Bar, Kitchenette And Offices; - First Floor.
