Construction-Related Services – Framework Agreement For Sr/Or Work Management. The Offer Includes A Framework Agreement For Sr/Or Work Management. Via The Agreement, Banedanmark Will Purchase Railway Safety Personnel (Resources) To Perform Sr/Or Work Management On Banedanmarks Projects (Safety Tasks). When Carrying Out The Safety Tasks, The Resources Must: • Prepare The Sr/Or Supervisors Conditions Before Starting The Safety Tasks. • Take Care Of The Sr/Or Work Management During The Execution Of Safety Tasks. • Bear The Instructional Responsibility. • Follow The Safety Regulations Applicable At All Times. • Responsible For Planning And Implementation Of Railway Safety. • Coordinate The Work In The Track Closure. • Carry Out And Ensure Approval By Banedanmarks Safety Coordinator Of The Necessary Railway Safety Documents (E.G. Railway Safety Plan). Carrying Out Security Tasks Requires That The Individual Resource Is Present In The Area. The Supplier Undertakes To Carry Out The Safety Tasks Jointly With Other Suppliers And According To Banedanmarks Instructions. Planning Is Done In Collaboration With Banedanmark. There Are Associated Minimum Requirements For Resource Categories, Which Appear In Annex 1 Of The Framework Agreement: Description Of Services.
