The Building Serves As Access For The Lindenhof Underpass To The Train Station. There Is A Bicycle Parking Garage With 300 Parking Spaces On The Upper Floor And 3 Smaller Commercial Units Are Planned On The Ground Floor And In The Basement. The Building Is Approximately 90M Long And 13M Wide. The Height From The Top Of The Site Is Approx. 8M. The Basement Extends Up To 4M Deep. It Is An In-Situ Concrete Solid Construction In The Basement And Ground Floor. The Ground Floor Is Largely Open. The Commercial Units Are Inserted As Warm Cells. The Upper Floor Is A Steel Structure. A Prefabricated Concrete Facade Is Hung On The Upper Floor Facing The Street. The Remaining Facade Surfaces On The Upper Floor Are Closed With Profile Glass Glazing.
