The Procurement Concerns Metering Equipment, The Implementation Of The Amr4 Implementation Project And The Procurement Of Remote Reading Services As Described In More Detail Below. Helen Sähköverkko Oy Requests An Offer For The Metering Equipment Related To The Amr4 Implementation Project And The Remote Reading Service Of The Installed Measuring Devices. As Mandatory Options, An Offer Is Also Requested For The Delivery Of Measuring Equipment For The Customers Customer-Oriented Needs. In Connection With The Amr4 Implementation Project, The Number Of Directly Connected Measuring Devices To Be Replaced Is Approximately 230,000 Pieces. The Work Takes Place In The Customers Distribution Network Area, Mainly In The Suburbs Of Helsinki. The Completion Of The Implementation Project And The Production Of Remote Lecture Services Are Procured As A Complete Service From One Supplier. The Supplier Is Fully Responsible For The Functionality Of The Distance Reading System And The High-Quality Implementation Of The Services Produced With It. Approximately 1,000 Meters From The Pilot Phase Of The Implementation Project Will Be Connected To The Suppliers Remote Lecture Service At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, After Which Meters Will Be Transferred To The Service As The Meter Replacements Of The Amr4 Project Progress. In Addition, The Overall Solution Must Include The Following Additional Procurement Opportunities, I.E. Options, The Redemption Of Which Is Decided By The Customer. Options Are Included In The Life Cycle Cost Comparison Of Offers. - Purchase Of Measuring Equipment For The Customers End-Customer-Oriented Needs For The Years 2026 - 2028 + Until Further Notice (Mandatory Option).
