For Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works. • Preparation And Submission Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, Including A Technical Passport And Its Annexes, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006. For The Technical Passports Of The Constructions. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Construction Supervision And Coordinate The Construction Of The Site Through Technically Competent Persons, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-25 Of 03.12.2012. On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing A Certificate For Entry In The Register Of Consultants For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects And/Or Exercising Construction Supervision.
