Construction Work For Manufacturing Plant – Construction And Maintenance Of Electrical, Control, Safety Technology And Automation Systems In Connection With The Production Of Hydrogen. Stadtwerke Stuttgart Gmbh (Sws) Is Implementing The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart Project At Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The Project Includes, Among Other Things, Hydrogen Production With Subsequent Compressors And Storage, A Hydrogen Pipeline, A Trailer Filling Plant And A Battery Storage System. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems, Including The Combination Of The Electrolysis And Gas Technology Systems As Well As The Heat Transfer Station, Including Detailed Engineering, As Well As Their Maintenance. Sws Becomes The Owner Of The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems. After Successful Commissioning And Acceptance Of The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems, Sws Will Operate Them. The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems Must Be Coordinated With The Other Components Of The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart And, Together With Them, Form A Functional Overall System. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account When Preparing The Detailed Engineering And Manufacturing The Systems. In Particular, The Hydrogen Should Be Produced In Several Pem Electrolysers And, After Compression Or Storage, Fed Into A Hydrogen Pipeline Or Used To Fill Trailers. The Hydrogen Production System Should Be Electricity Market-Led, I.E. Regulated According To Price Developments On The Electricity Market. A Detailed Description Of The Interfaces And Responsibilities Can Be Found In The Separate Document “Specification List Of Main Documents” (= Appendix 1 Of The Tender Documents). With Regard To The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems In The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart, The Contractor Will Provide The Following Services: 1. Preparation Of Detailed Engineering ( Based On The Specifications Including Appendices)2. Delivery And Construction Of The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems (Installation Including Work Equipment For On-Site Assembly And Construction Of The System, Including Cabling, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Acceptance) 3. Handover Of The Electrical Engineering And Automation Systems To Sws Included Instruction Of The System And Training 4. Maintenance, Repairs Including Wear And Consumables Including Recurring Tests.
