There Are Currently Three Dormitories And A Nursing School On Bitburger Str.; According To Plans, The Nursing School Is To Be Demolished And A New Dormitory Is To Be Built. This New Building Is Designed With 199 Apartments. The Bidder Will Be Requested To Provide A Flat-Rate Price Offer For The Turnkey Construction Of The Residential Apartments In Solid Wooden Modular Construction, Which Will Be Approved Without Any Defects By The Building Authorities And Which Will Be Operationally And Technically Fully Functional. The Bidder Is Free To Offer Different Constructions, Such As Timber Frame Construction, Depending On His Construction System. As A Result Of The Carried Out And Coordinated Urban Planning Study, An L-Shaped Building Is Specified. The Building Comprises Five Floors Above Ground And One Underground Floor. The Last Floor Above Ground Is Planned As A Staggered Floor. The Bidder Will Offer Planning And Construction Services In Accordance With The Documents In This Functional Service Description. The On-Site Services That Are Provided Before The Start Of Module Assembly And After Module Assembly Are Described In This Functional Service Description In Title 3.2 And Must Be Taken Into Account By The Bidder When Calculating The Offer. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Must Provide Complete Implementation Planning As Well As Complete Work And Assembly Planning For The Wooden Modular Construction. The Implementation Planning Must Always Take Place Before The Work And Assembly Planning. The Contractor May Only Begin Work And Assembly Planning After The Client Has Reviewed The Implementation Planning. This Is Followed By On-Site Services. In The Event Of An Order, The Bidder Will Ultimately Choose The Best Possible And Proven Approach For The Individual Construction Projects In The Course Of The Planning Services To Be Provided By Him, Taking Into Account The Specifications Of The Functional Service Description.
