Advertising And Marketing Services – Offer Of Advertising Services. The Ministry Of Defences Material And Procurement Agency (Fmi) Offers A 2-Year Framework Agreement Regarding Advertising Services. The Agreement Contains The Possibility Of Extension For Up To 2 Years. The Contract Will Be Awarded To One Tenderer. The Agreement Includes, Among Other Things, Services In The Form Of Advice On And Development Of Strategies And Concepts, Production And Execution Of Campaigns As Well As Advice On Branding And Target Groups. The Agreement Will Be Entered Into By Fmi, But All Units Under The Ministry Of Defence, Including All Divisions Of The Armed Forces In Denmark, Which Are Under The Command Of The Chief Of Defense, As Well As The National Emergency Management Agency Under The Ministry For Social Security And Emergency Preparedness, Are However Entitled To Use The Agreement For Procurement On The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement. The Primary Users Of The Agreement Are Expected To Be The Ministry Of Defences Personnel Agency And The Homeland Security Command. The Agreement Contains Certain Interfaces With Fmis Agreement On Media Services, Which Is Expected To Be Tendered In Early 2025. The Cooperation Between The Two Agreements Is Important For The Buyers Marketing Efforts To Achieve Maximum Effect. If There Are Individual Overlaps In The Services That Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Two Agreements, Fmi Will Purchase The Services In Accordance With This Agreement On Advertising Services. However, The Buyer Has The Right To Purchase Similar Services From Other Suppliers.
