Supply And Application Of Asphalt Mass (Type D) For Pothole Filling Operations, Within The Urban Perimeter Of The City And Municipality Of Barrinha/Sp, Comprising Material, Labor And Necessary Equipment, For The Conservation Of Public Roads, Basically Following The Following Methodology: 1) Preparation Of The Surface Of The Hole, Mechanized Cutting With A Clip Saw, Including Re-Framing And Cleaning, And Treatment Of The Edges With Removal Of Debris (Dust, Earth, Stone, Mud, Water, Etc); 2)Preparation And Placement Of Additional Material (Hot/Cold Asphalt Mix/Crushed Stone/Solobrite/Soil/Cement) Compaction With A Sapo Compactor, When The Hole Is Deeper Than 10 Cm; 3)Execution Of Bituminous Primer Modified By Polymer, Using Cationic Asphalt Emulsion (Replacing Cm-30), And Finishing The Li-Gante Bituminous Primer With Rr 1C; 4)Application Of Cbuo Type Asphalt Concrete (Hot Machined Bituminous Concrete); 5)Compaction With Compactor Roller Or Vibrating Plate; 6)Removal Of Surplus Material And Remains Of Debris.
