Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three (3) New 2*20/26.66 MVA 33/11 KV GIS Substation & Upgradation of One (1) 33/11 KV GIS Substation (Lot 1), One (1) New 2*10/13.33 MVA 33/11 KV AIS Substation. Only Eligible Bidders with the following Key Qualifications Defined in the Bidding Document may Participate in this Bidding: A. Participation as a Contractor, Joint Venture Partner, or Subcontractor, in One up to Three Contracts that have been Satisfactorily completed within the last 10 years and that are similar to the proposed contract, where the aggregated value of the Bidders participation is: Lot 1: USD 7.5 million, Lot 2: USD 2.7 million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6 (Employers Requirements) of the Bidding Document. The scope of each contract must include Design, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 33/11 KV GIS/AIS Substation at NESCO or above. The eligibility and qualification requirements are more completely described in the Bidding Document. The bidders are advised to inspect the bidding document in detail by visiting the NESCO website https://nesco.gov.bd Pay a non-refundable amount of USD 100.00 (United States Dollar One Hundred Only) or BDT 11,800.00 (Taka Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Only) in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favor of the Northern Electricity Supply PLC (NESCO). The Bidding Document may be collected in person or may sent through a courier for an additional fee of BDT 5,000.00 (local delivery) or USD 100.00 (International delivery) in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favor of Northern Electricity Supply PLC (NESCO).
