Request for proposals for Rehabilitation of Two Kindergartens in Baghdadi, Anbar. Offerors responding to this RFQ must include the following as part of the proposal submission: Disclose any close, familial, or financial relationships with Chemonics or project staff. For example, if an offerors cousin is employed by the project, the offeror must state this. Disclose any family or financial relationship with other offerors submitting proposals. For example, if the offerors father owns a company that is submitting another proposal, the offeror must state this. Certify that the prices in the offer have been arrived at independently, without any consultation, communication, or agreement with any other offeror or competitor for the purpose of restricting competition. Certify that all information in the proposal and all supporting documentation are authentic and accurate. Certify understanding and agreement to Chemonics prohibitions against fraud, bribery and kickbacks. Mandatory Site Visit In Order to Provide Offerors with an Opportunity to Raise Questions and to Learn More about the Site and the Scope of Work Described Herein. A Mandatory Site Visit to Familiarize Bidders with the Place of Performance will be Held on December 29 , 2024 at 11:00 am Baghdad Local Time, at Aqhwan and Al-Baghdadi Kindergartens in Baghdadi, Anbar, Iraq (Destination between Two Kindergartens is 6 Km) Performance Guarantee Within 7 (Seven) Calendar Days after Execution of this Subcontract, the Successful Offeror shall Deliver to Chemonics a Performance Guarantee in the Amount of 10% of the Subcontract Amount in the Form of an Official Bank Guarantee or a Check. The Bank Guarantee or Check shall be Issued by a Reputable Bank Licensed to do Business in Iraq. The Format of the Bank Guarantee shall be as Indicated in Attachment C.
