Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A/Maintenance Of Roofs Of Buildings Administered By Tbs Zieleń Miejska Sp. Z O. O. Consisting Of: - Sealing The Roof Covering, - Repairing And Partial Replacement Of Flashings, - Repairing And Replacing Sections Of Gutters, Above And Under-Gutter Strips, - Repairing And Replacing Sections Of Downpipes, - Processing Of Roof Hatches, - Sealing Chimneys, - Replacing Flashing Elements ,- Removing Ice, Snow And Icicles From Roofs,- Removing Lingering Snow From Roofs, - Installing Anti-Bird Spike Strips, - Reporting To The Ordering Party The Need To Perform Necessary Major Repairs, - Other Works Requiring Roofing Intervention As Part Of Maintenance And Current Repairs. B/ The Necessary Materials And Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Order Are Provided By The Contractor. C/ All Repairs And Replacements Of Damaged Equipment Elements (Parts, Etc.) Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities (Projected List Of Expenditures For Roofing Maintenance - Annex No. 1A To Swz), As Well As The Performance Of Activities Not Covered By The Scope Of The Agreement, May Be Made By The Contractor Only After Reporting Such A Need To The Ordering Party, Presenting A Price Calculation By The Contractor And With Prior Written Consent Ordering Party.
