1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor And First Floor Rooms Of The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk” – Stage Ii, Which Includes: Modernization Of Office Rooms, Conference Room, Sanitary Rooms And Communication Routes.2. Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility. Noisy Works Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Employer, In The Afternoon - After The Offices Opening Hours. Some Of The Works That Constitute A Nuisance To The Functioning Of The Office (Demolition Works, Dust, Rubble) Should Be Carried Out After Consultation With The Ordering Party During The Offices Free Time (Weekends, Afternoons, Evenings, Nights). The Possibility Of Functioning Of Adjacent Rooms Must Be Taken Into Account And Ensured. The Works Carried Out Cannot Have A Negative Impact On Communication Routes, Buildings And Neighboring Areas, Including Proper Maintenance Of Order And Cleanliness.3. The Contractor Must Provide For Protection Of The Construction Site/Area And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Regulations On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Protection Of Public And Private Property, Occupational Health And Safety, Comply With Legal Provisions, Provide Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Execution Of The Order, Ensure Quality Control Of The Works And Documentation Needed For The Acceptance Of The Works .4. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In: Technical Documentation, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Cannot Take Advantage Of Errors Or Omissions Appearing In The Swz Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Failure To Do So, The Resulting Consequences Will Be Borne Solely By The Contractor.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In The Swz Documentation In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions And Optimization Of The Work System.8. Any Temporary Interruptions In The Supply Of Utilities Are Permissible Only After Each Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party Of The Date Of Their Disconnection (Electricity, Water, Central Heating, Etc.), At Least Two Days In Advance.9. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Scope And Nature Of The Order In Question Exclude Its Division Into Parts For Technical, Organizational, Economic And Expediency Reasons.
