The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Development Of The Draft General Plan Of The Tuczna Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Area Covers Approximately 17,019 Ha. The Area Covered By The Study Is The Area Of ​​The Commune Within Its Administrative Borders. The Resolution Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: 1) Carrying Out An Urban Planning Inventory And Assessing The Existing State Of Development Of The Area Of ​​The Tuczna Commune; 2) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 72 Section 5 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54);3) Preparation Of Draft Announcements, Correspondence, Lists Of Applications And Lists Of Comments, And Other Documents The Need For Which Will Arise During Development Of A Draft Plan, In Accordance With Applicable Law; 4) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Above Act And Art. 13J, Including Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act; 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112);6) Preparation Of A General Plan Of The Tuczna Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Along With The Justification For The General Plan;7) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development;8) Completing Formal And Legal Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758);9) In The Event Of A Need To Repeat The Planning Procedure As A Result Of Finding Invalidity Of The Resolution By The Voivode, Retaking The Necessary Activities To Bring The Study Covered By The Order Into Compliance With The Law;10) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
