Construction Work For Sports Facilities - Construction Of A Sports Hall At Zss - Olimpia Program - Design And Build. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With The Necessary Arrangements And The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On It, Consisting In The Construction Of A Roofed Sports Hall (With A Membrane Coating) Along With Social And Technical Facilities (Located In The Hall Body). The Facility Will Be Equipped With A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof/Wall Of The Building. 1.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Functional And Utility Program With Annexes (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Designed Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. 1.3. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fence Off And Keep The Construction Site Free From Excessive Traffic Obstructions, Store All Auxiliary Devices, Equipment And Materials In Designated Places And In Proper Order, And Remove Unnecessary Items From The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Tidy Up And Secure The Work Area And Inform The Buildings Residents About Any Possible Inconvenience. 1.7.
