The successful bidder shall be a for profit / not for profit institution operating in the field of Civil works and constructions with proven expertise in Construction, prefab installation. The successful bidder is expected to demonstrate experience and list relevant projects as follows: Mandatory experience: Construction of small to medium sized buildings Experience in Prefab installation Desirable experience: Atleast 3 years in the construction industry Worked with UN and/or international Organizations The Requesting Unit may want to select a supplier with specific skills and competencies to capture expertise and knowledge (level of experience, experience in a specific technical or geographical area, working language, status, accreditations, logistical capacity, staffing, etc.). -Technical capacity to address WHOs requirements and expectations. - Quality of the overall proposal. - Experience of the firm in carrying out related projects. - Qualifications and competence of the personnel proposed for the assignment. - Valid company registration. - Tax payment clearance. - Your lead time of completion of project and hand over to the world Health Organization.
