The Subject And Quantity Of This Public Procurement Is Treatment, Including Recovery And Disposal By Depositing Non-Hazardous (Household) Waste Generated From The Territory Of The Municipality Of Bojurishte In The Regional Landfill - Kostinbrod - Village Of Bogiovtsi, For The Municipalities Of Kostinbrod, Svoge, Slivnitsa, Bojurishte, Godech And Dragoman.” The Main Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure Lawful Treatment, Including Recovery And Disposal By Landfilling Of Non-Hazardous Waste Classified With Codes From Groups 20, 19 And 17 According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 2014. For The Classification Of Waste, Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications And M3, Generated And Transported From The Boundaries Of Garbage Collection And Garbage Collection Of Bojurishte Municipality In An Estimated Amount Of -4800 Tons And According To The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To This Invitation. No. 67 Of August 23, 2019) Of The Executive Agency For The Environment, The Operator Of The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Kostinbrod, Svoge, Slivnitsa, Bozhurishte, Godech And Dragoman Is Kostinbrod Eco Ad, With Eik 200609341. The Industrial Activity, For The Implementation Of Which A Complex Permit Has Been Issued No. 399-H2/2023, Is Indicated In Item 5.4 Of Annex No. 4 To The Environmental Protection Agency, Including: Operation Of Cell 1, Cell 2, Cell 3, Cell 4 And Cell 6.7, Together With A Sorting, Composting Installation And A Regional Center For Waste From The Population, And This Facility Is The Only One That Bojurishte Municipality Can Use For These Activities. A Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Kostinbrod, Svoge, Slivnitsa, Bozhurishte, Godech And Dragoman Is Located In The Gonyarevi Padini Locality, The Land Of The Village Of Bogyevtsi, Kostinbrod Municipality And Is The Only One That The Municipality Of Bozhurishte Can Use For Waste Management Activities According To Art. 49, Para. 9 Of The Law On Waste Management.
