Services For The Maintenance And Development Of The Green Corridor In The Grigorescu District, In The Municipality Of Oradea, Completed With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 3 Years (2025-2028) The General Objective To Be Achieved By The Provision Of Green Corridor Maintenance Services In The Grigorescu District, Aims At The Efficient Use Of Allocated Public Funds And The Economic And Judicious Use Of Resources In Order To Create An Urban Public Space That Ensures The Improvement Of The Quality Of Life And Socio-Economic Benefits To The Local Community. The Specific Objectives Of The Activity Are The Following: - Protection And Conservation Of Green Spaces And Their Biodiversity; - Regeneration And Improvement Of The Composition Of Green Spaces And Their Quality; - Identifying Deficient Areas And Providing Specific Services To Allow The Regeneration Of Areas Covered By Vegetation; - The Cost-Benefit Balance That Takes Into Account The Medium And Long-Term Benefits Aimed At The Health Of The Population, The Correct Development Of Urban Vegetation And The Social And Urban Impact. - The Protection Of Green Areas, Of The Public Domain And Their Enhancement, The Protection Of The Environment, With The Highlighting Of Environmental Protection Measures On Development Stages, In Accordance With The Program Of Adaptation To The Norms Of The European Union. Estimates Regarding The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of The Types/Categories Of Services That Could Be Requested During The Framework Agreement, Respectively Estimates Regarding The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of The Types/Categories Of Services That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Assigned Are Those Provided In Annex 3 Of The Specifications.
