The Social Secretariat Manages The Fsmas Obligations In Terms Of Taxation And Social Security (Including Collection And Payment). The Social Secretariat Provides An “Employee Self-Service” Application For The Management Of Personal Data (Address, Family Situation, Bank Account, Etc.) And Absences (Request And Approval Of (Unpaid) Leave, Small Unemployment, Etc.), Which Allows That (I) Data Important For Calculating Salaries Are Automatically Included In The Application Intended For Calculating Salaries, And That (Ii) Absences Important For Recording Working Time Are Included In This Application.
