The Object Of Procurement Consists Of The Following Services: 1. Expert Services For Information Security - Information Security Experts - Information Security Architects - Information Security Inspectors/Information Security Audits 2. Expert Services For Information Security Risk Management 3. Expert Services For Preparedness The Object Of Procurement Is Expert Resources That Can Be Used For The Implementation Of Various Assignments. Assignments May Concern The Handing Over Of Experts For Use By The Procurement Unit, Or They May Concern More Comprehensive Implementations Of Cyber Security Task Sets Or Individual Tasks Defined By The Procurement Unit. The Object Of The Procurement And The Requirements Set For The Services Are Described In More Detail In This Request For Participation And Its Attachments. Based On The Applications, Five (5) Candidates Will Be Selected, To Whom A Request For Tender Will Be Sent. If There Are Fewer Than Five (5) Candidates, An Invitation To Tender Will Be Sent To All Candidates Who Have Met The Suitability Requirements Of The Request For Participation. On The Basis Of The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Formed, For Which Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected. Purchases During The Contract Period Are Made In Accordance With The Order Of Priority Formed Based On The Tender. The Order Of Priority And The Ordering Procedure During The Contract Period Are Presented In More Detail In The Framework Contract Draft Attached To The Request For Participation And In Other Procurement Documents. The Need For The Service During The Contract Period Is Determined Based On The Needs Of The Purchasing Entity. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit Itself To Specific Procurement Quantities Or Any Other Quantity Purchase Obligations. The Volume Data Stated In The Tender Request Are Estimates That Are Not Binding On The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Contract Does Not Give The Service Provider The Exclusive Right To Provide Services To The Procurement Entity. The Framework Arrangement Is Valid For A Maximum Of Four (4) Years.
