1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Project Management Service Entitled: Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along The Provincial Road No. 163 On The Kołobrzeg - Pyszka Section.2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Providing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Activities Aimed At Timely Execution Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works;5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager;6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervisions And 34 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters.3. The Construction Works, Which The Contractor Will Supervise, Consist In The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 163 By Building A Bicycle Path With A Length Of Approximately 11 Km On The Section From The Connection With The Junction Of The S-6 National Road Kołobrzeg Wschód To The Pomerania Amusement Park In The City Of Pyszka In The Kołobrzeg Commune And The Dygowo Commune, As Well As The Expansion Of The Culvert And The Construction Of A Culvert Under The Exit At Km 2+581 In Kołobrzeg. The Construction Works Include: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Removal Of Interfering Trees And Bushes, 4) Construction Of A Bicycle Path 5) Renovation Of The Road Surface 6) Construction And Expansion Of Rainwater Drainage 7) Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts 8) Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings, 9) Strengthening Of Slopes And The Bottom Ditches,10) Topsoil With Grass,11) Horizontal And Vertical Markings.4.
