1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Fresh Chicken Eggs, Weight Class L, In An Approximate Quantity Of 60,000 Pieces To The Police School In Piła.2. A Full List And Detailed Description Of The Assortment That Is The Subject Of Deliveries And The Maximum Quantity Of Ordered Products Are Provided In The Assortment And Quantity Specification, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. This Attachment Is Part Of The Offer And Therefore Must Be Submitted In The Form Prescribed For The Offer.3. With Reference To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Gross Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order. The Given Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase The Goods In These Quantities.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Collective Packaging, Properly Sorted And Protected Against Damage, In Temperature Conditions Recommended By The Manufacturer And In A Clean Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense.6. Persons Performing The Delivery Must Have A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary-Epidemiological Purposes, Which They Present At The Request Of The Ordering Party.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Plants Subject To Official Control Of The Competent Authorities - In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), And /Or The Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 872). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision By The Competent Authorities.8. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food. Each Product Must Be Produced And Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Haccp System.9. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Commercial Identification Document (Hdi) In Accordance With The Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872).10. Eggs Must Be Marked With The Establishments Veterinary Number. The Contractor Will Guarantee That He Will Deliver The Ordered Assortment In Accordance With The Order With A Validity Period Not Exceeding 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery, Ensuring Safe Use Of The Delivered Products11. With Reference To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Implementation Deadline To 2 Months After The Deadline Specified In The Contract I
