1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas, Consisting In The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To Ppg Will Be Carried Out Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Dso. 3. The Estimated Total Amount Of Gaseous Fuel To Be Delivered To Seven Ppgs During The Term Of The Agreement Is 2,400,000 Kwh.
