Architectural And Related Services – Negotiation Process Following A Previous Implementation Competition For The Replacement Building Of A School And Club Sports Hall Including A Parking Garage In Dachau. The City Of Dachau, In Collaboration With Asv Dachau E.V., Intends To Build A Replacement Building For The Georg Scherer Hall As A School And Club Sports Hall. The Sports Hall Is To Be Designed As Both A Triple School Gymnasium And A Club Sports Hall With Up To 1,500 Bleacher Seats. In Addition, A Parking Garage Is Planned, Which Is Also Part Of The Planning Contract. The Project Must Be Planned In Such A Way That It Can Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases: In The First Construction Phase, The Sports Hall Is To Be Realized, With Changing Rooms And Rooms For Childcare At Lunchtime. Afterwards, After The Demolition Of The Old Sports Hall, The Administration Of The Sports Club And Additional Sports Rooms. The Hall Is Used For Club Sports With Various Teams (Including The Mens Volleyball Team In The First Bundesliga). The Sports Hall Should Be Supported With Public Funds As A School Gymnasium In The Areas Relevant For Physical Education.
