The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, B) Geotechnical Documentation, 2) Development Of The Program And Spatial Concept, 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A. 1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design, A.4. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, A.5. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Formal And Legal Documents), Including Obtaining A Derogation From Technical Conditions (If Necessary), B) Documentation For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or For Facilities For Demolition (If Necessary), C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries, D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries, 4) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries, 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate Along With A List Of Investment Costs, 6) Authors Supervision. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annexes No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And No. 3 To The Swz - Contract Template. 4. In The Event Of A Joint Application For A Contract By Contractors, The Single European Procurement Document And A Statement Regarding The Grounds For Exclusion Under Art. 5K Of Regulation 833/2014 And Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security, Is Submitted By Each Of The Contractors.
