Documents to be submitted in the Technical Proposal The Potential Bidder must be a registered construction company in Cambodia. Technical Proposals shall include copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status of the company, place of registration, and principal place of business The Potential Bidder must have a wide range of experience and technical expertise in related field construction (at least 5 years). Work experience in constructing river bank stability structures and/or installing NBS techniques will be prioritized.
