Work Detail
Engineering Services – Framework Contract Engineering Services Support Energy Management. The Deutsche Bundesbank Operates Energy Management For Its Property Portfolio. Since The Deutsche Bundesbank Primarily Carries Out Sovereign Tasks, There Have Previously Been No Obligations Under The Edl-G. The Normative Basis Of The Activity Is The Din En Iso 50001 Standard, As Well As The Technical Recommendations Of The Working Group For Mechanical Systems And Electrical Engineering In Administration (Amev), In Particular The Technical Recommendations Amev Energy And Amev Tmon In The Currently Valid Version. The Requirements Of The Energy Efficiency Act Are To Be Implemented Through The Introduction Of An Environmental Management System According To Emas. The Aim Of Environmental And Energy Management Is To Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions Through Construction And Property Management Measures In Order To Achieve Climate Protection Goals. This Involves Identifying Potential For Improvement, Deriving And Implementing Measures, And Introducing And Constantly Applying Continuous Improvement Processes. The Central Instrument Of Energy Management Is The Energy Controlling Of All Service Properties Nationwide. Its Essential Components Are The Emcs (Energy Monitoring And Controlling System) And The Measuring And Metering Infrastructure In The Properties. The Emcs Is An Energy Management Software That Is Operated By The Bundesbanks Energy Management As The System Owner And Is Used As Intended By The Technical Staff, Senior Administrative Staff And The Bodies Carrying Out Construction. Energy Consumption Data In The Form Of 15-Minute And 60-Minute Values From Meters For Media Consumption From Public Supply Networks And Partially Existing Sub-Meters Or System Meters In The Properties Are Largely Automatically Imported Into An Energy Consumption Database. The Front End Has A User Interface That Can Be Customized For The User Using Dashboards. An Integrated Mail Server Is Used To Configure The Automated Sending Of Energy Reports Relating To The Respective Properties, Buildings And Systems To The Respective Users As Part Of An Energy Reporting System. The Sending Of Automated Event Reports In The Event Of Meter Malfunctions Or Consumption Abnormalities Is Currently Being Tested And Will Also Be Used In The Future. The Functionalities And Interfaces Of The Emcs Are Defined In The Bundesbanks Emcs Specifications, Which Are To Be Continually Updated Based On Current Findings. The Medium-Term Goal Is To Install Automated Measuring And Counting Infrastructures In The Technical Building Equipment Of All Properties And To Integrate Them Into The Building Automation Systems And Automated Energy Consumption Recording. The Basis For Implementation Is The Bundesbanks Measurement And Counting Concept Specifications Based On The Technical Recommendations Amev Energie And Amev Tmon. Other Instruments For Recording Potential For Improvement Are Energetic
