The Types Of Products Ordered, Their Estimated Quantities And Their Minimum Parameters Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Forms (Offer Form) - Annexes No. 4 And/Or 4A And/Or 4B And/Or 4C And/Or 4D And/Or 4E To Swz.2 . The Offered Products, As Well As The Method Of Their Transport And Storage, Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Ordered Food Products And Bring Them To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense.
