Industrial Machinery – Framework Agreement Regarding Large District Heating Units (Retender). Gentofte Gladsaxe Fjernvarme (Ggf) Is Responsible For The Heat Supply In Gentofte And Gladsaxe Municipality And Therefore Handles The Purchase And Installation Of Heat Exchangers On Behalf Of The 2 Municipalities. In Connection With Work On Expansion Of The District Heating Network, A Number Of Larger Heat Exchangers Must Be Used. That Is District Heating Units With Plate Heat Exchangers Of Different Sizes And With And Without Discharge To A Hot Water Tank, With A Maximum Heating Output Of Up To 1000 Kw. The Customer Orders District Heating Units, Which Must Be Delivered At The Agreed Time And Address. Offers Are Made Based On The Quantities And Sizes Specified In The Offer List. These Quantities And Sizes Are Estimates That Are Used In Connection With Establishing The Contract. The Actual Quantities And Sizes Will Be The Orderers Ongoing Orders. It Will Not Be Possible To Guarantee A Minimum Turnover. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Utility Directive Cf. Executive Order No. 1078 Of 29 June 2022 On The Procedures For Entering Into Contracts Within Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services. The Executive Order Refers To A Certain Extent To The Rules Of The Public Procurement Act, And The Tender Conditions Therefore Also Contain A Reference To The Public Procurement Act (Lovbkg. No. 10 Of 6 January 2023). The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender. The Tender Conditions Contain A Detailed Description Of The Tender Procedure, The Subject Of The Tender And Other Requirements. The Contract Is Offered As A Framework Agreement And Is Offered To One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Is Exclusive And Binding On The Ordering Party. However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cover Its Purchasing Needs With Another Supplier, If The Winning Bidder Cannot Meet The Delivery Deadlines Stipulated In The Agreement During The Term Of The Contract. The Tendered Contract Comes Into Force Upon Signature And Will Be Valid For 8 Years. One Framework Agreement Is Entered Into, Where Gentofte Gladsaxe Fjernvarme Is Authorized To Place Orders On Behalf Of The 2 Other Utility Companies (Respectively Gentofte And Gladsaxe Fjernvarme). The Following Annual Number Of District Heating Unit Installations Is Expected To Be 50-75, Which Corresponds To Approx. 500 Units Throughout The Contract Period. The Maximum Quantity Will Be 600 Units. The Difference Between The Expected Amount And The Maximum Amount Is Due To The Fact That The Development In The Area Of ​​District Heating Can Develop More Than What Can Be Immediately Foreseen. The Stated Estimates And Expected Consumption Quantities Are Only An Expression Of The Customers Expectations For Consumption.
