The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Developing A Land Development Concept And Presenting It For The Ordering Partys Approval; 2) Development Of A Construction Design; 3) Development Of An Executive Design; 4) Development Of A Greenery Design; 5) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate; 6) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 7) Preparation Of A Detailed Inventory Of Greenery, A Dendrological Survey And A Greenery Protection Project In Accordance With The Content Of Ordinance No. 263/23 Of The Mayor Of Grudziądz Of May 10, 2023 On The Adoption Of Greenery Protection Standards When Planning And Implementing Investments And Development Of Green Areas In The Commune-City Area Grudziadz; 8) Obtaining All Materials, Data, Decisions, Arrangements, Conditions For Connecting Utilities, Opinions, Etc. Resulting From The Applicable Standards And Regulations And Necessary To Complete The Works, Including Obtaining Approval From The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments, The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Approval Of The Department Of The Environment And Greenery Architect Of The Municipal Office; 9) Participation In Public Consultations In The Form Of Two Open Meetings With Residents; 10) Performing Appropriate Research And Expert Opinions; 11) Authors Supervision. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Preliminary Conditions For The Preparation Of Documentation. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annexes No. 1 And 3 To The Swz.
