Checking And Testing Apparatus – Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Two Synthesis Robots For The Radiochemistry Laboratory Of The Uliège Cyclotron Research Center. This Contract Aims To Supply Two Synthesis Machines Allowing The Automated Production Of Radiopharmaceuticals Labeled With Fluorine-18, Carbon-11, Gallium-68 Or Zirconium-89, Including Their Purification At A Quality Level In Compliance With Regulatory Requirements In Force Such As Eu. Ph., Ich(Q3) Or Usp. By Synthesis Automaton We Mean A Computer-Programmable Electromechanical Device Whose Function Is To Perform Fluid Transfers, Fluid Mixing, Heating And Cooling Operations And Purification Operations In A Precise, Repeatable And Controlled Manner. This Device Is Also Equipped With Sensors Allowing Feedback On The Physical States Of The Different Elements That Compose It (Position And Speed Of The Actuators, Pressure, Temperature, Radioactivity Levels At Different Points) And Thus Being Able To Follow The Progress Of Real-Time Synthesis. By Automated Production We Mean A Set Of Experimental Protocols Which, Once Executed By A Synthesis Machine, Allow The Manufacture Of A Chemical Substance In A Repeatable, Reliable And Safe Manner. The Execution Of This Protocol(S) Involves In Particular: • One Or More Reagent Kits - Set Of Reagents Which Are Used During The Synthesis, Previously Bottled And Possibly Formulated In Such A Way That They Can Be Placed On The Automaton With Minimal Or No Action On The Part Of The Operator; • A Fluidic Path – Set, Fixed (Fix-Tubing) Or Disposable (Cassette), Of Tubing Arranged So As To Allow The Transfer Of Reagents, Products And Waste In A Logical And Predetermined Order Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Process Considered; • A Computerized Synthesis Program (Sequence) – Set Of Machine Instructions Controlling The Automaton To Allow The Different Actions Of The Protocol To Be Carried Out In A Precise Order; • Control Software – Allows You To Create The Human-Machine Interface For Controlling The Automaton, Programming And Execution Of Sequences, Monitoring Parameters And The Progress Of The Synthesis Program, Configuration And Calibration Of The Automaton And Its Troubleshooting.
