This Tender Includes Delivery Of Setup, Adaptation, Implementation And Support And Maintenance Of The Oracle Erp Cloud Platform For Region Zealand. The Overall Solution Consists Of Setup, Adaptation Of Oracle Erp Cloud, Implementation And Migration From The Customers Existing Oracle Solution And Subsequent Support And Maintenance Of The Suppliers Deliveries In Connection With The Oracle Cloud Solution, Cf. Appendix 02.2 Requirements Specification. The Solution Including Associated Services, Cf. Appendix 05 Documentation, Together With The Contracting Authoritys New Oracle Cloud Platform, Must Be Able To Fulfill Appendix 02.2 Requirements Specification. The Customer Has An Existing Erp E-Business Suite From Oracle Which Is Operated By The Customer Himself (On-Premise). The Customer Wants To Have A Corresponding Erp System Set Up Based On Oracle Erp Cloud With Largely The Same Functionality, Etc. Like The Current System. The Customer Has Entered Into An Agreement With Oracle Regarding Oracle Erp Cloud Licenses, And The Prospective Supplier Of This Tender Must Be Responsible For Setting Up, Adapting And Implementing The New System Based On Oracle Erp Cloud With The Suppliers Services Implemented. The Agreement With Oracle Regarding Oracle Erp Cloud Is Thus An Agreement Between The Customer And Oracle, And The Supplier Assumes No Responsibility For The Oracle Cloud Platform Itself And Its Performance, Cf. Herewith, Appendix 10 Service Targets, Point 2.1. The Supplier Must Deliver The Adaptations And Possible Other Software As Well As The Documentation Specified In Appendix 02.2 Specification Of Requirements And Appendix 04 Specification Of Establishment Remuneration, Including Software And Documentation With Prices That, Together With The Customers New Oracle Cloud Platform, Meet The Requirements In Appendix 02.2 Specification Of Requirements So That As Far As The Oracle Part Is Concerned. The Solution Must Possess The Characteristics And Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Tenders Main Contract, In Particular In Annex 02.2 Requirements Specification.
