The Purpose Of The Contract Is A Project Management Assistance (Amo) Mission For The Realization Of The Sports Park Project On The Heysel Plateau. This Project, Of Which Neo Is The Project Manager, Aims To Completely Reorganize A Site Of Approximately 10 Hectares, Located Near The Atomium, By Installing Various Sports Facilities There. The Project Includes The Construction Of Various Outdoor Sports Grounds (Rugby, Football, Hockey, Athletics, Multisports, Etc.), Some Of Which Have Stands (Up To 5,000 Seats) And Buildings (Locker Rooms, Clubhouse, Toilets, Various Rooms, Etc.). It Also Includes The Renovation/Expansion Of An Existing Building Of +/- 4000 M2 (To Create Offices And Indoor Sports Facilities). Finally, It Provides For The Overall Development Of The Site (And Therefore All Surroundings Of The Aforementioned Elements) In The Form Of A Landscaped Park, Including Earthworks, The Creation Of Roads (Vehicle And Pedestrian), Rainwater Management Devices ( Storm Basin And Infiltration Systems), The Installation Of Car Parks (Around A Hundred Surface Spaces), The Creation Of Play Areas For Children (Including A Water Mirror), As Well As The Development Of All Surrounding Areas Death Equipment In The Form Of Green Spaces. The Work Budget Is Estimated At Around 40 Million Euros Excluding Vat.
