The Prospective Cm/Gc Will Provide Preconstruction Services Which May Include, Without Limitation, Technical Review, Cost Verification, Cost Evaluation, Value Engineering, Schedule Development, And Schedule Evaluation, In Addition To Management Of The Construction. The Cm/Gc Will Be Expected To Work Collaboratively With The Design Professional To Develop Component Bid Packages During Construction.
