Tenders are invited for Provision of Logistics Services. The base price of each item should be inclusive of a 3% FGS tax if applicable. Bidders are allowed to bid for one or both lots. Quotations must include all items listed in the Schedule of Requirements. Any partially completed Schedule of Requirements will be deemed non-compliant and result in disqualification. Bidders submitting quotations for a single Lot must still provide a fully completed Schedule of Requirements specific to that Lot. The bid price should be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the bid. Submitted bids will be opened immediately after the closing date/time. Bids will be awarded on the basis of a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be renewable annually based on performance.
