Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Fuel and Lubricants. The base price of each item should be inclusive of a 3% FGS tax if applicable. Quotations must include all items listed in the Schedule of Requirements. Any partially completed Schedule of Requirements shall be deemed non-compliant and shall result in disqualification. The bid validity should be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the bid. Submitted bids will be opened immediately after the closing date/time. Bids will be awarded on the basis of a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be renewable annually based on performance. Bid Preparation 3.
